Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Conway, AR team. In this role you will provide direct supervision to RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and families.

You will monitor progress, adjust programming as needed, and collaborate closely with families to ensure skill generalization and adherence to clinical standards. Hybrid in-home and school-based services offered.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills.
• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards.
