Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is a Fayetteville-based ABA provider seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and adjust goals while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and regulatory compliance.

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
