Job summary

Springboard ABA in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for in-home and school-based services. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, assess and develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress to adapt programming as needed.

This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling, opportunities for CEU/professional development, and potential to transition from part-time to full-time. Eligible roles include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (required).
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred; clinical leadership is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills.
• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards.

• $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
