Job summary

Springboard ABA in Beebe, AR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services with a hybrid model. You’ll supervise RBTs, assess clients, and develop individualized treatment plans to support progress.

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000 per year, flexible hours, CEU opportunities, and options for part-time work with a path to full-time. Collaboration with families ensures skilled, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy; clinical leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills.
• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards.
