Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for children with autism in Heber Springs, Arkansas. The role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans, updating assessments, and training RBTs and families.

The candidate should have a BCBA certification, experience in ABA therapy, and be willing to work evenings and weekends. Flexible schedule and reliability are essential for program fidelity and family support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience in ABA Therapy.
• Minimum two years of experience developing/providing intensive intervention or overseeing intensive intervention programs for children with autism.
• Flexible schedule and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Update assessments as needed and develop the treatment plan; update as needed.
• Train the Registered Behavior Technician and parents/guardians in the implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) and data collection.
• Communicate with the RBT and parents/guardians.
• Oversee the implementation of the ITP, ensuring it follows evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Work 2-6 hours weekly monitoring RBT; provide monthly family training; oversee implementation of evidence-based strategies by the RBT and family; ensure ongoing education of family members and key staff on ABA strategies.
