Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and analyze data to drive treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs effectively.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate and individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and functional behavior assessments as clinically indicated.
• Create and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis.
• Make data-based treatment modifications.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other treatment team members.
• Ensure treatment is implemented ethically and clinically.
