Powerback is seeking an In-Home Pediatric ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Springdale, Arkansas. The role involves overseeing clinical care, conducting assessments, and developing behavior plans for clients. Candidates must have a Master's degree meeting BACB guidelines and BCBA certification, along with over a year of experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum. This part-time position offers flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, and potential bonuses, with a mix of in-home and telehealth services.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• Must possess BCBA certification or meet market-specific mid-level requirements.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Must complete the BACB 8-hour supervision course within the first 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical delivery of care and Behavior Technicians' activities.
• Conduct assessments and recommend plans for client goals.
• Deliver Parent Training monthly.
• Ensure compliance and licensure are up to date.
