Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee in-home ABA therapy for children and assist families. You will manage assessments, treatment plans, and supervision of RBTs while partnering with parents and educators to drive outcomes.

The role offers in-person or hybrid opportunities, flexible scheduling, PTO, and professional development support, with collaboration across our supportive clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
