Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
• Provide care during family conversations to help parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies to ensure progress and provide routine progress summaries.
