Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We provide back office support to allow BCBAs to focus on quality care across center, home, and school settings with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certificate.
• Experience working with children/teens diagnosed with ASD.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design and implement positive behavioral support plans and train ABA technicians.
• Provide family support to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data and adjust strategies to show progress and prepare progress summaries.
