Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in the United States. We design an environment where you can think big and have fun while delivering high-quality ABA care. Our back office support enables BCBAs to focus on client work with less admin burden.

We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Salary can reach as high as $95,000 per year, with bi-weekly pay, reflecting the value we place

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
