Succeed ABA Therapy, a leading provider of ABA services for children on the autism spectrum, is hiring BCBA clinicians to support in-home, school, and community settings with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Licensure as an LBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
