Job summary

Succeed ABA is hiring BCBA professionals to make a meaningful impact in homes, schools, and community settings across Arizona. We offer flexible caseloads, strong admin support, and a warm, family-like team with growth opportunities.

Earn up to $150,000 per year with weekly pay, plus a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus. Full-time and part-time positions available; in-home and community-based work with a focus on quality care for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
