Job summary

Succeed ABA is a leading provider of ABA services for children on the autism spectrum, delivering care in homes, schools, and community settings. We are hiring BCBA professionals to impact families while preserving balance, support, and growth opportunities.

The BCBA role offers a path to serve diverse clients, supervise BTs/RBTs, and develop individualized curricula with strong administrative support. In-home, school, and community settings support flexible scheduling and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA license required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
