Succeed ABA is a leading provider of ABA services for children on the autism spectrum, delivering care in homes, schools, and community settings with flexible schedules. We are hiring BCBAs who want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining balance, support, and professional growth.

We offer in-home and community placements with strong administrative support, plus a warm, family-like environment that emphasizes clinician satisfaction and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
