Succeed ABA, a leading provider of ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings, is hiring BCBAs. Join a family-like team with strong administrative support, flexible caseloads, and a competitive pay structure with a potential to reach $150K yearly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
