Succeed ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA services for children on the autism spectrum in homes, schools, and community settings. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, design personalized curricula, and use data to drive program changes.

The role offers flexible schedules with immediate full-time and part-time opportunities. Competitive pay, a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus, and a supportive clinical team accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA licensure required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
