Succeed ABA is a leading provider of ABA services across home, school, and community settings. We are hiring BCBA professionals to support children on the autism spectrum with flexible schedules and strong administrative backing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA license required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
