Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) is required.
• Obtaining and maintaining Safety Care Specialist status is necessary.
• Reliable vehicle is required for transportation.
• Experience in ABA is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create treatment plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Provide support and feedback to families regarding behavior management.
