Job summary

SilverSwing ABA in Columbus, GA seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for clients. You will develop individualized treatment plans, oversee RBTs, and coordinate with families to support client progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
