Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Austell, GA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children from birth to 21. You will develop and supervise targeted interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and a regional clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for the exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise and train the growing team of behavioral technicians.
