Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA professionals in Savannah, GA. We offer full-time or part-time clinical roles with a retention bonus for new full-time BCBA hires up to $20,000. Our team provides strong clinical support, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

You will oversee ABA interventions, support families, and work with a multi-tiered team to ensure high-quality services for children ages 2–21. Experience with autism and BCBA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA license (or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months) — students welcome.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Note: BCBA Retention Bonus expires 09/30/2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they learn new skills and positive behaviors.
• Provide support during family discussions to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of new staff.
• Physically manage activities during sessions and keep pace with children aged 2–15 years.
