Job summary

Proud Moments ABA provides ABA services for children with autism from birth to 21. As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise targeted interventions and collaborate with a robust clinical support team to deliver high-quality care.

We seek BCBA to join full-time or part-time, with a competitive compensation package including a quarterly bonus, flexible schedules, and advanced data collection tools. Ongoing CEU courses and comprehensive benefits support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA license (or exam imminent, state- dependent).
• Experience ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project-management skills.
• BCBA Retention Bonus Opportunity valid until 2026-09-15.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Support clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Engage families to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training and orientation of technicians.
• Assist with mobility and session activities as needed.
