Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Conyers, GA team in a full-time role. The position focuses on designing, implementing, and supervising behavior-analytic programs for children and families.

The role offers a salary range of $95–120k, with a sign-on bonus up to $20k, relocation up to $15k, and student loan forgiveness up to $24k. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with licensure initiation before start date.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
