Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum and work with a multi-tiered clinical team to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam within 3 months).
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress and celebrate client achievements.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Supervise, train, and orient behavioral technicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of information.
