Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism, supported by a multi-tiered clinical team and advanced data collection tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Currently licensed as BCBA (license depends on state) or in the process of taking exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to confidentiality of information.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• BCBA retention bonus opportunity expires 09/10/2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress and share in clients’ achievements as positive behaviors emerge.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Mentor and orient newer behavioral technicians and staff.
• Assist with data collection and charting; participate in supervision as needed.
