Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our Pensacola, FL team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will design and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, ensuring high-quality service and measurable progress.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, provide supervision to technicians, and participate in ongoing professional development while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs to improve client outcomes.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Supervise and train the behavioral technicians and support staff.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure consistency across services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain compliance with licensing.
