Proud Moments ABA is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts in Chattanooga, TN. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with autism or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they acquire new skills and positive behaviors.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure understanding of assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge via supervision, training, and orientation of the team of technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions, including movement and activities with children 2–15 years old.
