Job summary

• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
