Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. You will design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, oversee RBTs, and conduct functional assessments to guide interventions.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a Master's degree, and the ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
