Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Frederick, Maryland. This full-time role offers a hybrid work environment, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
