ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. We offer flexible schedules and a hybrid work environment with opportunities for advancement and professional development.

You will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to improve client outcomes, while ensuring compliance with ethical and payer standards. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
