Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role in the greater OKC region. This position combines remote work with in-person client sessions, offering autonomy and meaningful clinical interaction.

You will conduct FBAs, design treatment plans, and mentor RBTs while delivering high‑quality ABA therapy to diverse clients. Join a supportive, clinician-led team that prioritizes ethics, professional growth, and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required).
• Proven experience developing and managing ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
