Job summary

The Treetop ABA, serving the greater OKC region, seeks a BCBA to lead ABA treatment programs with clinical excellence. This full-time, hybrid role combines in-person client sessions and remote planning, offering coaching and mentorship within a collaborative team.

You will conduct FBAs, design individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and analyze outcomes to drive client progress, while enjoying a balanced workload and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification is required.
• Experience developing and managing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
