The Treetop ABA in Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead behavioral analysis and oversee treatment plans in home services across the greater OKC region. The role blends clinic and in-home sessions with a flexible, hybrid schedule and a focus on quality care.

You will conduct FBAs, supervise RBTs, collaborate with a BCBA-led team, collect data, and adjust plans to achieve client outcomes. The package includes a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus monthly bonuses and a sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and home/community settings.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
