Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Oklahoma City is seeking a BCBA to join our in-home services team in the greater OKC region. This full-time role blends remote work with in-person client sessions, offering a balanced schedule with no weekend requirements.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, with additional monthly bonus opportunities. A collaborative, clinician-led environment supports professional growth through mentorship, CEUs, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required).
• Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
