Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Roanoke, VA for a hybrid role blending in-clinic care with remote planning and supervision. You’ll lead ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

We require an active BCBA and Virginia LBA, with experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Benefits include 23 paid days off, comprehensive medical plans, 401(k), student loan repayment, sabbatical, and ongoing CEU

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Virginia LBA licensed is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and ABATs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and professional development.
