Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking a BCBA to design and implement individualized ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting, collaborating with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team.

The role offers a base pay of $86,000.00 - $113,500.00/year, signing bonuses up to $10,000 and an ongoing bonus of $3,800/year, plus a hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with provided training.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through guided, compassionate communication and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
