Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design naturalistic ABA for children 2–6 in a center setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use ESDM-informed strategies, and monitor progress with data-driven plans.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with potential telehealth days, onboarding and ongoing training, and multiple paths for clinical growth within a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred: background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided).
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
