As a BCBA, you will craft tailored ABA programs, mentor technicians, and partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Leadership and mentorship experience with entry-level staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Utilize data collection software to track client progress and adjust plans.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’s mission.
