Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification required.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Must meet background check, TB test, and immunization requirements.
• Commitment to improving quality of life for individuals with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver direct services.
• Use data collection software to monitor client progress and update reports.
• Work with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
