Job summary
ACES ABA is seeking a BCBA in Arizona to design, oversee, and optimize ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and clinicians, and drive data-driven progress for each client.
The role supports in-center, in-home, and telehealth services. The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, is licensed or pursuing licensure in Arizona, and demonstrates leadership and program development experience.
Qualifications
- Must hold a BCBA certification and be licensed or in the process of licensure in Arizona.
- Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills for supervising entry-level staff.
- Ability to meet compliance requirements including background checks and immunizations.
Responsibilities
- Craft tailored ABA programs to meet individual child needs.
- Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
- Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
- Utilize data-driven progress tracking to update client reports.
- Coordinate with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
