Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Shelby, NC, is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time position blends in-clinic and remote work to support children and families through high-quality ABA therapy.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families. NC licensure or eligibility is required, with a strong emphasis on ethics, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
