Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Roanoke Rapids, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid role combining in-clinic and remote work. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
