Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role combines in-clinic and remote work, with ongoing collaboration across BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and families.

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
