Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. This full-time role combines in-clinic and remote work, delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and families and guiding clinical staff.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, collaborate with families, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to ethical and funding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
