Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role combines in-clinic and remote work with supervision of RBTs and direct clinical support for children and families.

The successful candidate will hold an active BCBA credential, a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field, and NC licensure or eligibility. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation are essential.

• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
