Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Morganton, NC is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of RBTs. The role combines in-clinic and remote work, emphasizing collaboration with families and a continuum of care across therapy teams.

The ideal candidate holds a valid BCBA certification, a related master's degree, and NC licensure or eligibility, with strong communication and leadership skills to deliver high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
