Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time role. The position combines in-clinic and remote work, with strong support from BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA, a Master's degree in a related field, and NC licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility must be obtained prior to start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per ethical and funding guidelines.
