Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid role combining in-clinic and remote work. You will lead behavioral assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to support learner progress.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA, a Master’s degree in a related field, NC licensure or eligibility, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
